Diagon Alley is a High street located in London. It is accessible only to the wizarding world, to which it is something of an economic hub, and is hidden from Muggles.

Azkaban is the wizarding prison, situated on a secluded island far from any mainland. Witches and wizards who violate the laws of the British wizarding world are sent there. Dementors guard this place, sucking all happiness and hope from the prisoners. It is certainly not a place one would wish to end up.

A large white marble building and Diagon Alley fixture, staffed by goblins. Only the Goblins alone know the secrets of the twisting underground passages and the enchantments in place to defend against intruders.

St. Mungo's is a magical hospital where the staff are trained to deal with every kind of illness and injury imaginable.

Located a few minutes walk from the castle, the lake is a spot valued by many people. A place perfect for any reason, be it for a swim, to ice skate, for a party or simply to relax.

Another popular location at Hogwarts, students often come here to play muggle sports, to wander around or even just to meet up with friends.

A very old, very large tree found in the grounds of Hogwarts, the Whomping Willow was planted and has been a part of the school for hundreds years. By pressing a knot on the base, it is possible to open a passage to the Shrieking Shack.

Although forbidden, many students enjoy exploring the forest. The deeper within the forest a person goes the thicker the trees bigger, darker and the more dangerous it becomes.

If you travel far enough into the forest you will find a cave. Inside is a beautiful underground water fall. The water leads back into the lake and students rarely ever find it.

Located just outside the main building, the greenhouses are full of plants of all varieties. Herbology is taught here.

A winding dark corridor in the freezing dungeons, used to get from place to place but not somewhere most students would hang around.

This is the Slytherin Common Room! Where ONLY Slytherins and their Head of House can go! There are likely to be severe punishments for any students of other houses attempting to wriggle their way in...

Here the four long tables can be found, one belonging to each house. At the front of the room, the staff table is located and allows the staff to keep a watchful eye over the students.

In this large room stand the four house points hourglasses, one for each house. Depending on the situation, house points may be added or subtracted throughout the term and, at the end of term, the house with the most points is presented with the House Cup.

Where students can kick off there shoes and relax before next class or at the end of the day. Drink and snacks provided on a long table at the end of the room.

Care of Magical Creatures is usually a popular subject. Students are given the opportunity to see dangerous or rare animals and are often allowed to interact with them. Sometimes this class is held out side!

Muggle Studies focuses on the life of muggles as well as the objects they are used to which sets this lesson aside from the rest. Professor --- is an expert on this particular subject and will enlighten everyone to the muggle ways of life, no matter what their bloodline is.

Home to Moaning Myrtle, one of the Hogwarts ghosts who died in this bathroom, the bathroom is strictly for girls and is also the only known entrance to the Chamber of Secrets. Girls are welcome to use this but beware of Myrtle floating around.

Once the hiding place for the Philosopher's Stone, the third floor corridor on the right hand side is still forbidden and only the brave or foolish see the need to explore it and try to unlock the mystery to the danger which awaits.

A large open classroom with two windows set in the wall. This is where Charms takes place and is taught by ------. Almost any spell which isn't classes as Transfiguration will be taught here.

Divination by the use of numbers, esp. by the number of letters in names.

Professors password is flobber worms and the students password is bubbledore. You must say a password for the doors to open. When a student tries entering the office the password will only work if Professor ---- is in.

Animagi is a class for only third years and above who wish to become an animagi. This class is taught by ---- . It takes place in a large classroom with several desks laid out with room to move through the classroom.

Inside, the bathroom's walls, floor, and single sunken bathtub are all made of white marble, lit softly by a candle-filled chandelier. The rectangular tub is the size and depth of a swimming pool, and even has a diving board, but unlike an ordinary pool the tub is lined with about a hundred taps, each with a differently coloured jewel set into the handle. Each tap automatically releases not only water, but bubble bath (a different kind of bubble bath for each colour-coded handle). A pile of fluffy white towels are kept in one corner

The art or practice that seeks to foresee or foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge usually by the interpretation of omens or by the aid of supernatural powers.

The Room of Requirements isn't a very well-known place. It doesn't show up on any map of the school and can only be accessed by walking forwards and backwards passed it three times and thinking very hard about the room you need. It is very useful but don't let the secret out
